INVAMED Dolphin Support Catheter is used for transition from occlusion to true lumen. It consists of an over-the-wire catheter with a fixed hub. Radiopaque markings indicate the distal end of the catheter and assist in catheter placement and measurement of lesion length. The catheter includes an atraumatic tip to assist advancement towards and through peripheral vasculature stenosis and chronic total occlusions. The catheter has a hydrophilic coating used to provide lubrication. It has Radio-opaque marker bands with 0.5 mm and 1 cm periods. Over-the-wire catheter is compatible with 0.014" (0.356 mm), 0.018" (0.457 mm), and 0.035" (0.889 mm) guidewires and is available in working lengths of 90 cm. The proximal portion of the catheter includes a Luer hub connected to the catheter lumen.

DolphinXC with the hydrophilic coating is a kink-resistant catheter designed to facilitate wire guide exchange, infusion, and wire guide support.
It may be used to assist with the placement and exchange of guidewires and other interventional devices and administer drugs or fluids into blood vessels.
