It is a Motorized Directly Advanced Peripheral Thrombectomy Catheter. Invamed Thrombectomy System is used to open the lumen and dissolve the thrombus in acute, sub-acute, and chronic acute occlusions in venous peripheral occlusions (also available in the pulmonary artery and vena cava inferior uses). The system consists of a specially designed active tip, motor unit, and infusion port to dissolve the thrombus. The active end breaks up the thrombus with its rotational movement in the vessel. The procedure can be performed by sending anti-thrombolytic drugs through the infusion port. In this way, the thrombus and the drug are mixed and dissolved and a quick result can be obtained. In the treatment of venous peripheral occlusions, in the treatment of acute venous occlusions in the acute, sub-acute and chronic phases, in the treatment of opening the lumen and dissolving the thrombus, thrombectomy is also used in the pulmonary artery and inferior vena cava.

CONTACT WHOLE VESSEL LUMEN & EFECTS WALL ADHERENT THROMBUS
The powerful rotating action of the single leaf tip design effectively macerates wall-adherent thrombus while reducing the risk of endothelial damage.
Enables infusion of thrombolytics and contrast media through the built-in 3-way side-port and distal side.
Guidewire-like design enables steerability through tortuous anatomy
Choose low profile working area with an adjustable leaf tip design
Indicated Vessels
- Peripheral Veins
- Pulmonary Artery
- Inferior Vena Cava
- Subclavian Vein
- Hepatic Vein
- Leaf-shaped tip design
- Contacts the whole vessel lumen and affects wall adherent thrombus
- Creates vortex effect and macarates thrombus with TPA while preventing distal embolism
- Hydrophilic active tip
- Preserves vessel wall
- Excellent steerability
- The built-in infusion port allows an infusion of TPA and contrast media
- Tip diameter adjustment adjustable tip diameter size ranging from 5 to 20 mm
- Allows physician to perform treatment depending on the application area and vessel size
- Decreases thrombolytic treatment dose significantly
- Prevents post-thrombolytic syndrome significantly
- Decreases length of stay in hospital
- No capital equipment
- Quick Setup
